I had never used this florist before, but wanted to use a local one for an order from New York. I asked to do a variation of one of their advertised arrangements and right from the start she was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. She asked numerous times what I liked and what I didn’t in the effort to make exactly what I wanted. I left a lot up to them as to specifics and they knocked it out of the park. The arrangement was BEAUTIFUL and my mother loved it. Thank you to Waverley for helping to make my mother’s 80th birthday extra special, I will definitely be ordering from them again. The Peace Lily that was sent to my friend to honor her twin sister's passing is one of the most beautiful that I have ever seen. The delivery was so quick, and professional. The woman that took my order even helped me with the wording for the card. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. Someone close to me is in the hospital. I called Waverly three times for help (different questions each time) and everyone was so gracious. I spoke with Mike and he took my order. I asked about the cutoff time for same day delivery (says noon on the website) because I'm not sure when my friend will be getting out of the hospital. He is having it delivered today. Mike and his crew are amazing. I will definitely choose Waverly for flowers in the future, and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
